What you will do

• Support NOC activities to maintain stability, performance, and availability of network infrastructure.
• Operate and troubleshoot enterprise networks including LAN, WiFi, and connectivity services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to manage and resolve network incidents.
• Implement improvements to existing network infrastructure and services.
• Monitor network performance and apply industry best practices to network operations.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and technical discussions to optimize operational processes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and Catalyst switches.
• Proven experience managing enterprise LAN/WiFi environments and NOC tools.
• Knowledge of BGP, enterprise routing protocols, and connectivity services.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in international teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud connectivity concepts (AWS or Azure).
