What you will do

• Serve as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex Prisma SASE issues.
• Troubleshoot Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, and IPsec VPN environments.
• Lead high-severity incident resolution, root cause analysis, and customer communication.
• Manage full lifecycle operations including onboarding, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Enforce routing, security policies, and high availability standards across enterprise networks.
• Contribute to automation using Python and Ansible, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Prisma SD-WAN and Prisma Access.
• Advanced routing proficiency specifically with BGP and OSPF.
• Experience supporting hybrid and multi-cloud networking including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Certification: Palo Alto Networks Certified SD-WAN Engineer and Security Service Edge Engineer required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Palo Alto PCCSE certification.
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE credentials.
• Experience with additional SASE/SD-WAN vendors like Fortinet or VeloCloud.
• Background in presales engineering or network design.
