What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research and strategic outreach.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Recruit and attract top talent to build a strong, collaborative team.

  • Oversee strategic business unit development and annual business planning.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize business results.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Professional experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role.
