What you will do

• Manage and lead a field team of 20 members to achieve operational objectives.
• Define market universes and samples while overseeing panel recruitment and data collection.
• Ensure high product data quality through consistent checks with Field and Retail Service departments.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge through regular visits and model comparisons.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to clients and retailers as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in the Retail Industry (Technical and Durable) and people management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Verbal communication in English is required.
• Ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines and targets.
