What you will do

• Develop high-quality, scalable backend systems using Node.js.
• Build and optimize responsive frontend applications with React and Next.js.
• Ensure production stability and perform rapid resolution of critical operational issues.
• Analyze existing codebase for performance enhancements and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage change requests.
• Mentor and guide junior developers while maintaining code quality through PR reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of full-time professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, NestJS, Express, and GraphQL.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, and styled-components.
• Hands-on experience with database management using MongoDB and MySQL.
• Familiarity with automation workflows including Selenium, Cypress, and Puppeteer.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of relevant projects showcasing previous work.
• Experience with cloud services like GCP or AWS.
• Background in UI/UX design or TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Knowledge of web templating languages such as Pug or Slim.
