What you will do

• Build and scale marketplace systems that drive user acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn concepts into live features.
• Write high-quality code across the stack using Elixir, React, and React Native.
• Run and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion funnels and growth loops.
• Own features from initial ideation through to production deployment.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and shipping production-ready systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Elixir, or Ruby.
• Solid experience with frontend frameworks such as React, React Native, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of API design and unit/integration testing techniques.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to building maintainable, testable, and high-performance code.
