Java Technical Lead (Retail)

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority to shape client architectures and manage the technical evolution of the product.
• Lead and mentor both backend and full-stack development teams.
• Develop high-quality code and implement resilience patterns to minimize production incidents.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing policies, and continuous deployment processes.
• Collaborate on the product backlog and proactively manage technical debt.
• Ensure architectural alignment with global standards and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with React, Redux, Hooks, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MariaDB, DB2) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Experience with messaging queues (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ) and streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Fluent English and legal right to work in Europe (valid Fiscal, Citizen/Resident, and Social Security documents).
