What you will do

• Manage the customer account domain, defining product vision, roadmap, and alignment with engineering teams.
• Oversee the integration and strategy for Authentication and Identity Management systems.
• Utilize the OKR model to set ambitious goals, track progress, and measure product success.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to prioritize features while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Conduct internal discovery and user testing to iterate based on feedback from operations and business units.
• Strategize the modernization of legacy systems with a focus on generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager driving high-impact results.
• Demonstrated expertise with Authentication and Identity Management systems.
• Strong background in building data-driven solutions and separating transactional/analytical data.
• Familiarity with Software Architecture design and trade-offs for highly available, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Ability to align team goals with business strategy using the OKR model.
• Experience in stakeholder management across business and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling and capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
