What you will do

• Evolve the REST API (.NET Core) serving mobile application data.
• Build and manage alarm/notification services using AWS Lambda and Kafka.
• Process biometric device data and maintain persistent storage in PostgreSQL and InfluxDB.
• Develop IoT device management and provisioning logic via AWS IoT Core.
• Contribute to HIPAA-compliant security foundations and API documentation.
• Support future integrations with AI/ML-driven predictive analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Strong experience designing and building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS/SQS, Cognito).
• Solid skills in PostgreSQL data modeling and query optimization.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven patterns.
• English communication skills at a B2 level or higher required for team coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare platforms (HIPAA/GDPR) and FHIR standards.
• Knowledge of time-series databases like InfluxDB or AWS Timestream.
• Experience with Amazon Cognito or OAuth 2.0.
• Familiarity with AI/ML service integration.
