What you will do

• Lead and direct development teams to ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and resource constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.
• Create and execute comprehensive project plans, including legal documentation like Statements of Work and Change Orders.
• Analyze and validate project estimates and manage budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Facilitate team structure, manage individual tasks, and support the career development of team members.
• Monitor and improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding 5,000 hours.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ members.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
