What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies tailored to the Chinese media landscape.
  • Build and manage relationships with key media outlets, podcasts, and social media influencers.
  • Secure high-quality press placements, interviews, and story opportunities.
  • Produce narrative briefs, press pitches, and messaging documentation.
  • Coordinate media engagements and provide strategic messaging guidance.
  • Track coverage outcomes and iterate on communication approaches based on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in PR, media relations, or strategic communications.
  • Strong understanding of China’s digital and traditional media ecosystem is required.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is essential.
  • Solid English communication skills for internal and international collaboration.
  • Proven record of successfully securing media placements within the technology sector.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, clear narratives.
