What you will do

  • Conduct market research and cold calling to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment of consultants to build a top-tier team.
  • Oversee the professional growth and skill development of consultants through regular check-ins.
  • Take ownership of business unit performance by monitoring Profit & Loss.
  • Develop strategies to optimize turnover and increase contributive margin.
  • Coordinate meetings to present technical solutions and expertise to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong interest in working within a dynamic and international environment.
  • Ability to lead and grow a professional team.
  • Understanding of business unit financials and P&L assessment.
