What you will do
- Conduct market research and cold calling to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment of consultants to build a top-tier team.
- Oversee the professional growth and skill development of consultants through regular check-ins.
- Take ownership of business unit performance by monitoring Profit & Loss.
- Develop strategies to optimize turnover and increase contributive margin.
- Coordinate meetings to present technical solutions and expertise to potential clients.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong interest in working within a dynamic and international environment.
- Ability to lead and grow a professional team.
- Understanding of business unit financials and P&L assessment.
