What you will do

• Review and filter incoming creator applications while coordinating KYC and background checks.
• Manage the end-to-end creator onboarding process, including contract processing and stream configuration guidance.
• Act as the first point of contact for creator technical support, specifically regarding OBS and platform settings.
• Collaborate with the social media team to amplify creator content and execute social strategies across major platforms.
• Maintain meticulous records of creator status, documentation, and partnership touchpoints.
• Hand off successfully onboarded creators to partnership managers for long-term growth.

Requirements

• Residency in Estonia, Georgia, Poland, or Portugal required.
• Availability to work North American business hours (afternoon/evening CET).
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnership roles.
• Strong technical proficiency with streaming software, particularly OBS.
• In-depth understanding of content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Twitch.
• English proficiency required.
