Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Brussels, Belgium. Role requires 2–3 days onsite attendance.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot operational and cybersecurity issues across infrastructure and applications.
- Implement and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Collaborate with development teams to roll out system updates and security enhancements.
- Manage security incident responses with rapid remediation strategies.
- Maintain databases and build complex SQL queries for operational reporting.
- Ensure system compliance through expert cybersecurity practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, IAM engineering, or incident response.
- Hands-on proficiency with SailPoint and Java is mandatory.
- Strong SQL and database management knowledge.
- English proficiency required for oral and written communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Brussels and work onsite 2–3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with CyberArk and API integrations.
- Previous experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
