System Customer Requirement Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain customer requirements using established requirements engineering methods and processes.
• Create and manage the customer requirements pool with complete traceability and audit trails.
• Coordinate customer requirement discussions between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Define and execute customer requirement freeze plans.
• Report requirement and traceability status for releases.
• Optimize requirements engineering processes and maintain related system release work products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in R&D for system or software development.
• Solid experience and knowledge of system engineering.
• Knowledge of project management and automotive quality standards.
• Experience with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are required.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge of vehicle brake system technology and products.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
