What you will do

• Maintain customer requirements using established engineering methods and knowledge.
• Manage and operate the full customer requirements pool with complete traceability and audit trails.
• Coordinate discussions regarding technical requirements between external customers and internal teams.
• Define and execute customer requirement freeze plans for system releases.
• Report on requirement status and traceability metrics to stakeholders.
• Optimize internal requirement engineering processes and related work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in R&D for system or software development.
• Proven knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Understanding of project management and automotive quality standards.
