Location: On-site at the headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do
- Define and drive recruitment practices and processes on a global level.
- Lead global recruitment development projects and initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Drive digitalization and simplification of recruitment processes, including the evaluation of new tools and AI.
- Improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience across all regions.
- Collaborate with local recruitment teams to strengthen shared ways of working.
- Contribute to talent analytics, workforce planning, and DE&I efforts.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in process development, project management, and driving change within recruitment.
- Experience implementing recruitment digital tools in a matrix, multicultural organization.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-culturally across multiple geographical regions.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Workday.
- Experience collaborating on employer branding initiatives.
- Swedish language skills.
