What you will do

• Define and drive recruitment practices and processes on a global level.
• Lead global recruitment development projects and initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Drive digitalization and simplification of recruitment processes, including the evaluation of new tools and AI.
• Improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience across all regions.
• Collaborate with local recruitment teams to strengthen shared ways of working.
• Contribute to talent analytics, workforce planning, and DE&I efforts.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in process development, project management, and driving change within recruitment.
• Experience implementing recruitment digital tools in a matrix, multicultural organization.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-culturally across multiple geographical regions.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience collaborating on employer branding initiatives.
• Swedish language skills.
