Focus on ensuring timely delivery, managing complex dependencies, and maintaining rigorous production standards within an Agile framework.

Location: Remote from UK, Portugal, or Ireland, or hybrid in Barcelona or Seville (Spain).

What you will do

Manage the full feature development lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Prioritize and coordinate production activities across cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies to ensure timely execution.
Maintain production standards using tools like Jira and establish clear documentation protocols.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices to maintain team efficiency and backlog health.
Ensure roadmap visibility and clear communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in game production, preferably in mobile F2P live operations.
Strong expertise in project management including planning and dependency tracking.
Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive execution.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
Must be based in UK, Portugal, Ireland, or Spain (with hybrid flexibility in Spain).
