What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of live features, content, and new product initiatives.
• Lead long-range planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Art, and QA disciplines.
• Manage external development partnerships, including budgets, SLAs, and integration strategies.
• Define and implement scalable production processes and KPI frameworks to optimize efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to shape long-term studio strategy, growth plans, and org design.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Manchester, UK (Hybrid)
• 10+ years in production, program management, or operations within game development.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering complex live service products.
• Strong background in operational planning, capacity forecasting, and execution at scale.
• Deep understanding of game development workflows, pipelines, and team dynamics.
• Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive commercial objectives.

• Experience in mobile free-to-play games.
