Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Tajik (C2 equivalent).
• Fluency in English for instructions and communication.
• Must reside in Uzbekistan and be authorized to work as a freelance contractor.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Commitment to the project duration and expected part-time workload.
