TL;DR

AI DevOps Engineer Intern (Python): Building and deploying AI/ML models to automate enterprise support processes with an accent on data analytics and intelligent workflow development. Focus on creating AI assistants to resolve incidents, cleaning large datasets, and monitoring model performance to enhance support efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

What you will do

Design and implement AI/ML models to automate routine support tasks and service requests.
Collaborate with support leadership to build analytical models and improve data pipelines.
Develop and maintain AI-powered assistants or chatbots to resolve common customer queries.
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large, unstructured datasets.
Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Partner with support engineers to integrate automated workflows into existing systems.

Requirements

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Git for version control.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
