Location: You live in or near Stockholm and are comfortable regularly working from our office and lab in Solna

What you will do

• Develop UI components and frameworks in C++ and Qt/QML.
• Work with Embedded Linux as the target platform.
• Take ownership of your part in the full development cycle – from requirements and design through implementation and testing, together with the team.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, system architects, product managers, and testers.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of how the team works – sharing knowledge, refining ways of working, and helping each other grow.
• Work in Git and GitLab for version control and CI/CD and plan and deliver in Scrum sprints using Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience in C++ development, preferably in embedded systems.
• Solid experience with Embedded Linux – both as a development environment and target system.
• Comfortable working with Git and GitLab.
• Experience with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum in Jira is a plus.
• Fluent in English – spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qt/QML as a UI framework.
• Background in medical device development or other safety-critical industries.
• Experience with automated test tools and Python.
• Knowledge of real-time systems for embedded platforms, control systems or control engineering.
• Interest in and experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
