Salary: $98,800 to $106,600/year

What you will do

• Attend show kickoffs and establish strategies with the Compositing Supervisor.
• Brief and draw clear annotations as guidelines for artists.
• QC submissions and advise artists on technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the BG Prep Coordinator and Production Manager to address scheduling priorities.
• Work closely with the BG Prep Supervisor on standardization and good practices.
• Provide feedback regarding the artists working on their shows.

Requirements

• 6 years of feature film/TV production experience.
• Expertise in Silhouette and Nuke.
• Proficiency in Mocha Pro and Shotgrid.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Good communication skills and excellent time management.
• Candidates are required to be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Degree/Diploma in Digital/Traditional Arts.
• Specialization in VFX Compositing.
• Experience in Photoshop/Lightroom/After Effects.
• Experience in photography.
