What you will do

• Lead day-to-day social media publishing and community engagement across established and emerging channels.
• Translate complex financial offerings into accessible, channel-native communication.
• Actively engage with communities to shape public perception and real-time sentiment.
• Protect and reinforce reputation by identifying misinformation and engaging constructively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external voices to evolve the brand's social identity.
• Escalate sensitive matters internally when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in social media and community management within fast-moving consumer brands, technology, or fintech.
• Hands-on fluency in platforms such as Reddit, X, and TikTok, with understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Substack.
• Excellent writing skills and editorial judgment to communicate clearly and humanly.
• Ability to engage authentically in-channel while balancing brand responsibility.
• Experience handling reputation-sensitive conversations with tact and sound judgment.
• Capability to simplify technical financial topics without compromising accuracy.

Nice to have

• Agency experience managing multiple stakeholders at speed.
• Experience building or scaling community engagement programs.
• Interest in using AI and emerging tools for content iteration and insight generation.
