What you will do
- Lead incident-related initiatives and improvement projects within a banking and financial services environment.
- Drive structure, planning, and execution across incident response activities.
- Ensure progress, clear communication, and timely resolution during high-impact situations.
- Lead follow-up work such as root cause analysis and remediation planning.
- Deliver preventive improvements that strengthen operational resilience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Background in incident management, problem management, DevOps, or technical project management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, drive, and follow up complex incident-related initiatives.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to unstructured and fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure while remaining calm and constructive.
- Clear and effective communicator who can coordinate stakeholders during critical situations.
Nice to have
- Experience leading incident response projects or major incident workstreams.
- Experience driving post-incident reviews and long-term remediation initiatives.
- Exposure to on-call operations for business-critical systems.
- Familiarity with regulated, highly available, or mission-critical technical environments.
