What you will do

• Own global underwriting data tables, ensuring high standards for freshness, completeness, and data lineage.
• Design consistent data schemas and machine-readable data contracts for both AI agents and human stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Implement data quality monitoring, observability, and automated alerting systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including credit policy, modeling, and finance to optimize underwriting features.

Requirements

• Proven experience in owning mission-critical data products using batch and streaming technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark for complex data processing.
• Expertise in data modeling, schema evolution, and data contract implementation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services like Glue, Redshift, and Lambda.
• Ability to drive incident reviews and root-cause analysis for data infrastructure issues.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/agent patterns, including vector search and embedding management.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
