What you will do

• Execute end-to-end setup, testing, and delivery of display, video, and native ad campaigns.
• Analyze performance trends and optimize partner campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Monitor revenue health and proactively flag performance fluctuations.
• Resolve technical discrepancies and ad-serving issues daily.
• Generate performance reports and translate raw metrics into actionable insights.
• Maintain internal documentation and contribute to the evolution of ad operations best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
