• Design and develop backend services for AML product lines, including sanctions screening and risk monitoring.
• Build and optimize high-load data processing pipelines handling complex business logic.

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from architectural design to production support.

Requirements

• Strong Java backend experience (5+ years) with a track record of building complex data-driven systems.
• High degree of autonomy and self-organization for remote or hybrid environments.
• Product-oriented engineering mindset with a focus on solving user problems and business impact.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Fluent communication in both Russian and English required.
