What you will do

• Manage client projects from onboarding and briefing through to final asset delivery.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating crew, talent, and resources.
• Create and audit shot lists while managing creative concepts and prop/wardrobe sourcing.
• Handle budget and scope management for assigned projects.
• Collaborate across studio departments including scheduling, pro services, and modeling teams.
• Conduct project retrospectives to drive process improvements and internal feedback loops.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Denver, CO.
• 4+ years of professional experience in photo and video production.
• 2+ years of experience in high-touch client management.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and project management software.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

• Experience with e-commerce photography standards.
• Specific knowledge of Amazon e-commerce content requirements.
