Producer (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Austin, or Minneapolis, United States; attendance at the studio and office is expected for key projects and meetings.

Salary: starting at $40 per hour.

What you will do

• Onboard clients, define project briefs, and manage budgets, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead pre-production, including creative concepts, shot lists, talent recruitment, prop and wardrobe sourcing, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Coordinate live shoots and collaborate with studio teams, including scheduling, professional services, and models.
• Manage post-production, asset delivery, client feedback, status updates, and progress reporting.
• Resolve client satisfaction issues and identify strategic upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Review project outcomes and improve production processes across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-touch client management and collaboration.
• 4+ years of experience in photo and video production.
• Experience with e-commerce photography standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong organization and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical skills, including data input and reporting analysis.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and project management tools; ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Amazon-specific photography experience.
