What you will do
- Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP Concur users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Manage service requests, incidents, and change requests using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing and user training.
Requirements
- Practical experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice modules).
- Strong troubleshooting and application support capabilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integration concepts.
- 2+ years in application support or a similar role.
- Understanding of travel and expense business processes.
- English Level: B2 or higher.
Nice to have
- SAP Concur certification(s).
- Experience with process automation tools.
- Additional language skills.
