What you will do

• Architect and deploy production-grade ML models to automate complex financial workflows.
• Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data discovery and feature engineering to model monitoring.
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities including LLMs and RAG into the core banking platform.
• Design maintainable ML pipelines and APIs for robust, real-time decisioning.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
• Identify new opportunities to apply AI to reduce friction and add measurable user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and deploying large-scale ML systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven production experience with LLMs, RAG, or agent-based systems.
• Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD, and model observability.
• Hands-on experience with data and streaming systems like Spark or Kafka.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
