TL;DR

Senior Site Reliability Engineer (FinOps) (Platform): Designing, scaling, and maturing a multi-cloud infrastructure for hirify.global Cloud with an accent on FinOps and reliability. Focus on building automation tools, managing Kubernetes-at-scale, and implementing high-availability infrastructure using Golang, Terraform, and Crossplane.

Location: Must be based in Spain, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, or the UK

What you will do

Lead technical initiatives to automate system engineering and guarantee infrastructure reliability.
Develop and maintain software, tooling, and automation to scale global platform infrastructure.
Respond to major incidents and manage problem prioritization to prevent customer impact.
Collaborate within a globally distributed team using follow-the-sun on-call models.
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Design solutions using the hirify.global Stack to diagnose issues and measure system health.

Requirements

Must be based in Spain, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, or the UK.
Professional experience operating SaaS products in public cloud environments.
Proven background in managing Kubernetes-at-scale across multiple cloud providers.
Proficiency in writing production-ready code in Golang.
Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling like Terraform or Crossplane.
Expertise in Linux system administration and managing distributed systems at scale.
