What you will do

  • Lead direct sales teams to drive revenue growth across North American accounts.
  • Build and maintain strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with open source selling models.
  • Negotiate complex commercial business terms and service contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal leadership to shape product and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high-performance enterprise sales within the technology industry.
  • Professional proficiency in English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and the open source software ecosystem.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally twice a year for team events and regularly for client meetings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and self-motivation skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with hyperscale public cloud or silicon providers.
  • Established network of enterprise technology contacts in North America.
  • Deep expertise in AI or IoT sales cycles.
