What you will do
- Lead direct sales teams to drive revenue growth across North American accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with open source selling models.
- Negotiate complex commercial business terms and service contracts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal leadership to shape product and strategy.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high-performance enterprise sales within the technology industry.
- Professional proficiency in English with excellent presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Linux and the open source software ecosystem.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally twice a year for team events and regularly for client meetings.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and self-motivation skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with hyperscale public cloud or silicon providers.
- Established network of enterprise technology contacts in North America.
- Deep expertise in AI or IoT sales cycles.
