Location: Onsite (5 days office based) in Hemel Hempstead, UK. Must be able to ohirify.globalain DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance, which requires having lived in the UK for 10+ years.

What you will do

• Manage, grow, and maintain ILS activities within the managed service sector.
• Design, develop, and deliver ILS interventions using current strategies in line with the MoD Framework.
• Lead and mentor the platform team to ensure operational effectiveness and a 'One Team' approach.
• Manage complex ILS strategies, policies, and documentation to support secure platform operations.
• Champion cost reduction initiatives as part of the broader business strategy.
• Maintain operational excellence using ITIL service operations models.

Requirements

• Mandatory: ITIL V4 Foundation certification or working towards it.
• Must be based within a 30-minute commute of Hemel Hempstead.
• Must be able to ohirify.globalain DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of residency in the UK required for security clearance.
• Proven experience in service delivery, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to participate in a 1 in 2 call-out obligation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Obsolescence Management.
• Background in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) engineering.
• Supportability Engineering and NSN training.
