Senior Game Producer

What you will do

• Improve internal development processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with leads and directors to manage feature production.
• Manage and advocate for the needs of cross-disciplined development teams (20+ people).
• Create realistic schedules, identify dependencies, and align on high-level priorities.
• Mitigate project risks and communicate status updates to publishers and vendors.
• Plan team rituals and ensure efficient execution of production assumptions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 5+ years of experience in a production role within the gaming industry.
• At least one shipped AAA multi-platform title as a Producer.
• Experience managing multiple teams of 20+ people.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written command of English.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience managing external stakeholder and client relationships.
• Experience managing other producers (up to 3 people).
• Knowledge of licensing and rights management.
