What you will do

• Monitor daily programmatic revenue and execute yield optimization strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setups including Direct, PG, PMP, and PD deals.
• Maintain and audit ad inventory across SSP and DSP partner platforms.
• Build dashboards to automate reporting and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with product, tech, and commercial teams to support advertising strategies.
• Execute technical operational tasks such as ads.txt updates and inventory mapping.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in programmatic, ad operations, or yield management.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in data manipulation.
• Foundational knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in CTV or FAST programmatic environments.
• Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and various SSP dashboards.
