What you will do
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Engineering, Product, IT, and Security roles from sourcing to closing.
- Act as the primary point of contact between TA, Hiring Managers, and leadership to ensure hiring alignment.
- Coach and challenge stakeholders on interview best practices, decision-making, and maintaining high hiring standards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline health and time-to-hire.
- Lead TA projects including employer branding initiatives, interview calibration training, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in technical talent acquisition, specifically within fast-growing companies.
- Strong background in Engineering hiring, covering levels from Junior to Staff.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align on hiring priorities.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment execution and data-driven problem solving.
