About the company:
PayPazz is a payment company focused on the iGaming industry. Core products: card acquiring and OCT payouts (Europe & ROW).

🔹 Responsibilities:
Acquire iGaming merchants (betting, gambling, high-risk).
Sell payment solutions (card acquiring, payouts).
Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to deal closing and launch.
Build and manage your own pipeline.
Work directly with founders and contribute to business growth.

🟪 Requirements:
2+ years of experience in iGaming (operator side or payment provider).
Background in sales / business development.
Understanding of payment infrastructure and high-risk verticals.
Languages: English (must), Russian (must).
Location: Europe (with ability to travel if needed).
