We are looking for a PSP / Payment Partnerships Manager with experience in online gambling / iGaming to help expand our payment network across Asian markets.
📍 Location: Remote or relocation to Cyprus
💰 Salary: €3,000 net + performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
• Search and onboard PSPs in Asian GEOs
• Negotiate commercial terms with payment providers
• Research and identify reliable payment solutions
• Work with product & sales teams on payment integrations
• Support operational processes for active PSPs
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in iGaming / gambling industry
• Strong understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payouts, settlements
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• English (B2+)
• Russian language knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple partners across GEOs
Nice to have:
• Experience with PSP integrations / APIs
• Knowledge of gambling regulations in different markets
