Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst (FMCG/SaaS): Analyzing and describing business processes for CRM and ERP software implementation with an accent on documenting requirements and creating technical specifications. Focus on collaborating with development teams and conducting product demonstrations for international FMCG clients.

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Work from home or in any local office).

What you will do

• Analyze and document complex business processes within ongoing projects.
• Create clear technical specifications and reports for product functionality development.
• Facilitate communication between customers and software development teams.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify business requirements to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience implementing products such as CRM, ERP, or SAP.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Strong ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
• Proven time management and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or working on the contractor/consulting side.
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, and TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution and marketing activity structures.
