What you will do

• Conduct KYC and KYB checks to verify customer identification, business registration, and ownership structures.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather required documentation and resolve onboarding queries.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems according to compliance standards.
• Perform periodic KYC refreshes to ensure ongoing data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed evidence packs for audits and regulatory reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Compliance teams to optimize onboarding efficiency and customer care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client due diligence role within financial services.
• Proven expertise in performing KYC/KYB checks, including reviewing corporate structures and beneficial ownership.
• Strong practical understanding of risk-based onboarding approaches.
• Solid knowledge of FCA regulations and financial industry compliance standards.
• Experience working with onboarding or CRM platforms.
