What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable claims processing systems handling millions of transactions.
• Build and optimize user-facing interfaces for member-centric health insurance experiences.
• Implement document processing workflows using modern LLM technologies.
• Collaborate on payment infrastructure and fraud detection systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Work across the full stack in a high-ownership, product-oriented engineering team.
• Deploy daily using a monorepo approach with React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications.
• Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
• Experience working with TypeScript and Python.
• English working proficiency is required.
• Strong interest in business metrics and product-driven engineering.
