What you will do

• Develop and enhance e-commerce platforms using Vue.js, React, Next.js, and Symfony/Sylius.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Improve overall web stack reliability, observability, and developer experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Lithuanian and professionally proficient in English (C1+).
• Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, and TypeScript (Vue.js/React/Next.js).
• Production experience with SQL, Redis, message queues, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of testing practices, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of business impact and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Symfony/Sylius or other e-commerce frameworks.
• Background in high-traffic web platforms or growth-focused marketing environments.
• Knowledge of observability tooling, including logs, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
