What you will do

• Map operational architecture across teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and ship automations that connect the core tech stack.
• Experiment with LLMs and AI agents to automate operational workflows.
• Continuously review the tool stack to reduce fragmentation and consolidate where it makes sense.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Ops to understand their pain points and build solutions.

Requirements

• Builder mindset with a passion for making things work better.
• Curious and adaptable with a drive to learn new technologies, especially in the AI/agent space.
• Technically pragmatic with an understanding of APIs and code in Python or JavaScript.
• High agency with the ability to spot bottlenecks, investigate them, and propose solutions.
• Good judgment with a strong understanding of security, reliability, and GDPR when applying AI.
• Must be based in Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.
