What you will do

• Act as the service owner for multiple company-wide SaaS applications.
• Act as a solutions architect and strategist for the SaaS applications and services that hirify.global relies upon.
• Take action on escalations from partner teams and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Lead projects to audit and optimize the SaaS portfolio, focusing on improvements to security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license usage.
• Develop programs or processes to communicate and drive adoption of new product features company-wide.
• Design creative solutions, advocate for best practices, and lead by example as a service owner as hirify.global evolves and scales in complexity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering.
• Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications (e.g., Slack / Zoom / Jira / Confluence).
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• An empathetic, humble, and user-focused demeanor.

Nice to have

• Experience working with REST API endpoints using various authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys/secrets, Basic auth, etc.).
• Expertise with Workplace Management applications (e.g., Envoy, Robin, Zoom, etc.).
• Google or Slack Admin and / or Developer Certification.
• Experience with GCP and / or Azure.
• Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives.
