Junior Android Engineer

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of mobile software features for Android users.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive roadmaps within an agile environment.
• Participate in all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Apply engineering best practices including continuous integration and pair programming.
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability using clean code standards.

Requirements

• Good working experience with Kotlin.
• Solid grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Coroutines and Dagger.
• Passion for continuous delivery and mobile user experience.
