What you will do

• Respond to external security, privacy, and compliance inquiries, including due diligence questionnaires.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and consolidate accurate security information.
• Maintain and improve standardized response materials and knowledge repositories.
• Translate technical and regulatory concepts into structured, audience-appropriate communications.
• Support assurance initiatives such as audits, certifications, and internal process improvements.
• Manage request timelines and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or risk management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA frameworks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, or Peru.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently across distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud-based or technology-driven environments.
