What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of ERP automation solutions for diverse enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design tailored implementation plans based on client needs.
• Act as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring project timelines and satisfaction are met.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical challenges and integrate custom workflows.
• Gather feedback and feature suggestions to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in both German and English with excellent presentation skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or technical implementation.
• Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and SaaS solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
