What you will do

• Build and validate complex SaaS environments and product upgrade procedures.
• Write STP documentation and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Perform thorough API and UI test validation.
• Understand and validate product components and business logic layers.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers.
• Investigate, reproduce, and report bugs to troubleshoot critical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• 5+ years of experience in a Manual QA role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and OS (Linux and Windows).
• Hands-on experience with API and UI testing.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
