Lead Test Engineer

What you will do

• Oversee testing strategies across native mobile, frontend, and backend systems.
• Coordinate and manage cross-team quality dependencies and project risks.
• Champion the adoption of Chaos Engineering and advanced Monkey Testing practices.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to improve software design and testability.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Diagnose complex system issues and share product knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing for large, complex distributed systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA activities across multiple technical domains.
• Deep expertise in Monkey Testing and/or Chaos Engineering/Resilience Testing.
• Strong experience testing native mobile applications (iOS/Android) and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience in complex frontend web application testing.
• Programming or scripting skills in Python or Ruby.
