What you will do

• Configure and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Harden Entra ID (Azure AD) security through conditional access and identity protection.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administration.
• Use KQL to investigate incidents and develop security queries in Microsoft 365 Defender and Sentinel.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices for M365 configuration.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for identity and collaboration platform outages.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (No visa sponsorship available)
• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combinations
• 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Expert-level knowledge of Exchange Online, mail flow, and transport configuration
• Strong proficiency with KQL and security governance in M365 (DLP, eDiscovery, auditing)

Nice to have

• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for automation
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM platforms
• Familiarity with Varonis, AWS, or Google Workspace
